Assessment Reports
There are multiple reports made available to each Candidate (student or faculty) including Cognitive-mix, Behavioural profile, 360 degree Self-Peer Comparison, Well-being Inventory as well as others depending on the modules selected for the school community.

14-Factor Cognitive Ability-mix Report
The Multi-Dimensional Aptitude Test (MAT) is a comprehensive assessment that measures six (6) core aptitudes, as well as sub-domains for each Aptitude. There are a total of 14-sub-domains for all Aptitudes that help dive deeper into the aptitude-mix, offering a rich analysis of each candidate’s unique abilities. The results are then compared to those of peers in the same age group, allowing students to evaluate their potential beyond grades and see how their cognitive abilities align with their aspired career paths to make better-informed decisions about their future.

Behavioural Summary Report
The Multi-Dimensional Leadership Evaluation (MLE) is designed to assess students’ leadership capabilities across three key clusters: Compassion, Connection, and Courage. Each cluster focuses on specific competencies that contribute to effective leadership. By evaluating these clusters, the MLE helps students gain a deeper understanding of their leadership potential and provides guidance on how to develop these competencies for future success.

Learning Skills Inventory Report
The Learning Skills Inventory is a detailed report that evaluates a student’s leadership and interpersonal competencies. It provides a summary of self and peer scores across the Compassion, Connection, and Courage clusters. The report highlights 25 key behaviors, selected from a broader set of 360 behaviors, that align with 9 leadership competencies essential for effective communication and collaboration—core components of 21st-century learning skills. The report compares self-assessments, peer evaluations, and assessor feedback, offering students valuable insights into their strengths and growth areas, and supporting their development as future leaders and collaborators.

Experiential Assessment 360 Report
The Experiential Assessment 360 Report provides a comprehensive analysis of a student’s leadership competencies through peer evaluations. It highlights scores across 25 key behaviors, displayed as a spider web chart, comparing each student’s self-assessment with the average peer scores. This report also includes comparisons between the student’s self-scores and the combined averages of peers and assessors, offering a clear view of the student’s strengths and areas for improvement. The report further breaks down these scores into the 9 leadership competencies, giving students valuable feedback on their performance in areas such as communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving. This detailed, multi-perspective analysis helps students gain a well-rounded understanding of their leadership capabilities.

Personal & Interpersonal Effectiveness
The Personal & Interpersonal Effectiveness Inventory (PIEI) Report provides a detailed analysis of an individual’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral competencies, offering a holistic view of their effectiveness in various aspects of life. Top of the report shared self-assessment scores across these three dimensions, followed by an in-depth evaluation of their performance across 4 Domains: Personal, Relational, Environmental, and Existential. Each domain is broken down into sub-domain scores, providing insights into specific areas of strength and development. At the bottom of the report, a spider-web chart visualizes the scores across 27 sub-domains, offering a clear, comparative view of the student’s self-assessment. This report enables candidates to reflect on their personal growth and interpersonal effectiveness, helping them identify areas for improvement and set targeted goals for their ongoing development.

Tarbiyah Curriculum Assessment
This report maps value-based development in line with Islamic values and principles. The Tarbiyah self-assessment helps focus on seven (7) strands, offering a comprehensive snapshot of candidate’s journey toward becoming a well-rounded individual— spiritually aligned, and morally grounded. This assessment helps students understand their strengths and areas for improvement, encouraging them to deepen their understanding of Tawhīd, grow in character through Tazkiyah, apply wisdom in their decisions through Hikmah, and develop steadfastness in their faith and actions through Istiqamah. Ultimately, the report aids in guiding students toward fulfilling their responsibilities in both their community and their faith, supporting them on their path to becoming capable, compassionate, and purpose-driven leaders.
